Turnkey Business

"The 'Lazy' Online Business Model for 'Lazy' People!"

What's a Turnkey Business and Why It's Being Called A "Lazy" Business?

A turnkey business is simply a ready-to-operate business. That means, once you get in, you have everything you need to start making money online.

You need not go through the hassle and trouble to find some niche products to sell, set up a website, knock around to drive traffic, and provide customer support etc.

Everything in there is ready to run. It's just like acquiring an already established business. But the price to pay is relatively much much lower.

And because it's ready-to-operate, it's also called a "lazy" business -- exclusively designed for "lazy" people who don't want to start from scratch and want to start making money as soon as they invest.

But here's what you do need to be careful of.

I don't want to make it sound so "fairy-tale" to you, so I'm gonna be extremely upfront with you and let you in on the truth behind such type of Internet business model before you get your butt wet in this.

GET READY FOR THE SHOCKER!

How It All Works?

Most Internet turnkey businesses are basically created based on an MLM model (I don't know if you're having any bad feeling against this "MLM" word, some people do).

The way this model works is very simple.

You sign up to be a member for free first, then they let you see how their system runs, and if you're convinced the system is gonna help you make the kind of money you've always been dreaming of, then you upgrade by becoming a premium member.

Now, inside the business system, you'll be provided with some hot products to sell, and you'll be assigned your own unique URL for you to promote your business.

They also have a complete email marketing application that has already been incorporated as part of your business package, plus they'll help you drive traffic (ie. visitors) to your website if you pay them. If you don't want, you can simply ignore that option and use your own ways to drive traffic.

What you need to do is basically to get more people to become your downlines and when they pay to become a member, you'll earn the commission from their membership, month in, month out.

That means, every month you get paid for as long as your downlines remain in the system. You'll get paid more if you bring in more people under you.

Remember, when you get your downlines and become their upline, you yourself are someone else's downline.

Unless you're the creator of such a business system, you can never be the first upline of the entire MLM structure.

So, that's all about the basics of an Internet turnkey business. It's actually nothing more than an MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) business.

Now you know about the "true face" of a turnkey business, if you don't feel comfy with making money online via such business model, then you really have to go your own way of creating your very own online business from scratch.

That will definitely take you at least 2-3 years to truly figure out the lucrative ways and strategies to make lots of money online if you intend to build your own business this way.

But it no longer requires that long if you're able to master the affiliate marketing strategies in Ewen's newbie's guide.

Or you can click to go to other websites to see if you can find other money making opportunities.

If you're still interested, let's move on to the turnkey business that I'm just about to recommend.

Referralware (RW)

I know you probably are new to this Internet marketing business world, unlike many others who only talk about how good their turnkey business is in the hope of pulling you in to become their downline, I'll give you some brief historical facts about this Referralware system (based on my personal experience with them).

Actually, RW has been around since 1999, but because lots of its members are hyping around the web about how great this turnkey business was at that time that created lots of unhappiness among many downlines.

You hear that? It's not the RW system itself got problem, it's the members who were giving false information to mislead their downlines and make them pay for something that they believe could help them create the wealth in a short period (sadly, such thing is still happening today).

Now, here I would like to emphasize that THERE IS NO GET-RICH-QUICK kind of things. And RW is not one of those schemes.

You won't get rich with it in a matter of weeks, if not months especially when you're completely new and do not have prior marketing experience and skill.

It's just like any offline business that you have to spend time to learn the rope, understand how to use the system to your advantage before you can really know how to make it grow money for you.

No such thing as something for nothing! Clear?! So do be extremely careful of hype-up money making opportunities out there.

Moving on...

Then in 2004, RW introduced a new product (aka business opportunity or in short, biz opp) that was called 167aday/Juvio. It was actually an online technical support for computer and internet service.

And the presence of this product actually created a mushroom explosion of the income for most RW's members. Everybody was siging up for that biz opp and because of this biz opp, RW became the hottest turnkey business during that time.

Traffic was flushing and flooding the system and this phenomenon also brought in RW's jealous competitors who went into the system to wreak havoc and speaking lots of untrue things about RW.

The competitors even created some topics about scamming on the web that specifically aimed at RW and claimed that RW has "eaten up" their commission, dissuading people from joining RW but at the same time persuading people to join their own turnkey business at xyz.com.

And they also invited those ex- or current RW members to offer their views. Well, some said RW sucked while some said RW was terrific.

Honestly, I believed some of the claims were true and some were not because I myself was in the system then and there were a couple of things that I found were pretty misleading that made people wrongly think that RW can help them make more commission faster.

But other than that, I found RW relatively fine comparing to my prior experience with other turnkey business opportunities.

Because of the complaints receiving from real and "fake" members, RW faced its toughest time in delivering its emails due to their emails sent out from RW's server were flagged as spams by many Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and Email Service Providers (ESPs).

This made their email marketing sank into semi-paralysis.

But then the inception of CoachingToProfits (CTP) program in Mar 2005 (that's where I began to learn a lot about Internet marketing and see more sales flowing in) brought in by two marketing experts saved RW from this predicament.

Not only members get to have a complete coaching system to gain more success in their RW business, but are also given a better guaranteed way to get their emails across to their downlines.

Up to this point, what's your opinion of RW now?

If you still wish to go on, then I'll show you how much you might need to invest every month in order to keep this business alive and kicking, and how much your return on investment might be.

How Much You Need to Invest

This is the part that many people are afraid to tell their downlines because they're afraid to scare their downlines away.

As your potential upline, I think you should have a clear-cut idea on how much you need to spend on this so that you can make your own sound decision on whether you want to give it a shot or not.

No forcing, no shoving and no trickery. Just plain truth.

You need to set aside at least $200 - $300 for your biz opps participation and advertising in RW.

There are several good biz opps in there that you can go with, costing you $10 per month up to $200+ per month.

Note!
You'll have to keep the biz opps running by paying every month. Failure to do so will get your biz opp account terminated.

Also, RW's traffic scheme can cost you from the minimum $90 to $450 per package. It's pretty costly considering the number of people it can send to your RW business. But their guaranteed traffic is genuine, that's why it's a lot more costly than other guaranteed traffic schemes out there that cost you much lesser but suck in quality.

You can say that getting into an Internet turnkey business is basically a money-grow-money system. Unless you have some spare cash upfront, don't take up any turnkey business that might break your small little bank when you join.

How Much You Can Earn

Now honestly, there's no guarantee that you can make lots of money, but I would like to add that if YOU do it right, follow through the CTP program in there, your earnings could be unlimited and the monthly income will keep coming in for as long as your downlines renew their biz opps.

For complete beginners without mailing lists, lots of contacts and marketing skill, you may have to suffer at least for the first 6 months or so, depending on how fast you can pick up the skill.

And if you're fast enough, probably your RW business could get self-funded (meaning, you need not take money out of your own pocket anymore) in some few weeks, but still your earnings will not be that encouraging until you begin to have more upgraded downlines.

Of course on the other hand if you're a marketing expert and have huge lists with you, you can literally make thousands of dollars overnight by just sending your recommendation to your lists.

Bear in mind, this big-money-overnight only applies to expert.

Are You In For The Game?

So now I have told you what I think you should know, the rest will be up to you. To join or not, you'll decide.

You're also free to join straight at http://www.referralware.com. Take note that when you join under the main website, you'll be randomly assigned an upline, most likely will not be me. Meaning, you're running a risk of going under an upline who does nothing but mislead you into spending more money unnecessarily.

If you're willing to let me be your upline, you're most welcome to join me at http://ctp.referralware.com.

Whether you come under me or others, my advice is, take up their free test drive first, and if later you decide to upgrade to become a premium member, don't sign up for any biz opp yet.

Take another 30-day free trial into the CoachingToProfits (CTP) program. This is the main thing that'll help you decide whether you should stay on or not.

If you like the CTP program in there, then you'll decide how you want to go about building your RW business in conjunction with the biz opps that are attached to RW.

Make sure you read everything in there (RW, CTP and other biz opps if your were to join) and know your rights and how you can get every single penny back should you need to back out later. Ok?

Last but not least, if you need to consider, by all means, and if you decide to go for it, and you would like me to be your upline, you must use my link (http://ctp.referralware.com) to sign up. RW does not use cookie to track so if you go sign up at their main website, you'll be assigned to others.

This is the thing that I dislike about RW. If I advertise my link on the web and John Doe sees my RW site. Then few days later if he decides to sign up for it and he goes to the main website at http://www.referralware.com, I'll lose my prospects to them. If they exploit cookie for tracking, then even John signs up at the main website he'll still be assigned as my downline member.

Well, that's the only RW's flaw (I think).
